The American Heritage Girls is a national character development organization for young women that embraces Christian values and encourages family involvement.
Meeting throughout the year in the church hall, AHG provides opportunities for young and teenage girls to learn lifeskills and develope virtue through various teambuilding and fun activities and projects.
The Catholic component is supported by an AHG National Catholic Committee while local Catholic members place themselves under the inspiration, protection and intercession of St. Kateri Tekakwitha, the first Native American to be recognized and honored in the Church as a saint.
